A review of the past week’s mayhem from Rudy’s Ruminations.
Wow, gentle reader(s)! This week flew by. Yeah, I know, where did the time go? Here’s those nifty stats thingies for this week that the folks at WordPress so kindly provide. And this week’s least offensive posts, as determined by none other than you, the reader(s). Woo, go go reader(s)!
I’ll also spotlight one of my NEW beloved follower(s) who joined this week. You should visit them, really, visit them, because, you know, for most of us, shameless self-promotion only goes so far. Believe me. I know from experience. Besides that, they need some love for suffering with me in their reader stream.
So, follow me below the fold, and we’ll get started!
Views
Views were up from 14 views to nearly 70 views this week. Of course, it always helps when you don’t post a bleeping thing the week before. Well, I guess there was one post. It got 14 views all by itself. Sorry, little post, didn’t mean to hurt your feelings.
Visitors
As you might easily (and correctly) guess, visits were up from 11 to nearly 40 this week, for EXACTLY the same reason that views were up. Ya gotta write it for them to read it! This is not rocket surgery, rudyblues.
Likes
Likes were up from 8 to more than 50 this weeks as well. I’m sensing a pattern here. Do they like me for my posts, or for my mind? Always with the insecurity.
Comments
Comments were up from one to almost 20 this week. I suspect some were reluctant to comment (man, don’t get that guy started, he never shuts up). I promise to be brief in future replies. No, really.
Posts
Here are the three least egregious posts most appealing click bait titles for the week:
Flying the Friendly Skies – posted February 21, 2108 – 15 views
Adventures at the DMV – posted February 24, 2018 – 10 views
Some Constants in Life – posted February 20, 2018 – 10 views
Followers
We actually added four new followers this week. I’m hoping that at least one of them followed willfully, and not because they inadvertently touched the “Follow” link instead of the “Banish for Eternity” link. Here’s a pitch for one of my NEW wonderful follower(s):
ARCHIPELAGAL – Cha Ro-Jo
In her own words:
Cha Ro-Jo is a true blue island girl. Archipelagal is the (re)telling of her geographical and ideological pursuits.
Try this one.
Well, that’s all folks! Move along now, nothing more to see here. Stop back next week for more arcane, esoteric and all-around useless information!
Until then, I bid you all a fond adieu, sans the little apostrophe, or whatever that thing is that the French are able to make on their keyboards that I never can. Happy blogging!
See there? We like you, we REALLY like you!
